I started this business because as a Head of Recruitment in the tech and advertising space. I kept seeing applicants make simple mistakes that hurt their chances of getting to the next level. As an HR Director, I’d see some employees thrive and grow in their roles, while other employees struggled to flourish and get promoted.
From both my personal career journey and lessons learned from the hundreds of people I've worked with, the most successful careers are those in alignment of skills, motivation and job opportunity.

Where I got my chops
I graduated from Penn State University, Schreyer Honors College with a degree in Psychology. I knew I wanted to help people but within a business context so I went on to receive my Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
Since finishing my formal education, I achieved my coaching accreditation through Invite Change and currently sit on the Forbes HR Council.
